The Universal Laws hold that everything is inter-related and founded on the understanding that everything in the universe is energy, including humans and that energy moves in a circular pattern. At the microscopic level, you are a whirling bundle of electrons and energy atoms spinning rapidly.
Since humans are within the universe's energy as a whirling bundle of electrons, your thoughts, feelings words and actions are forms of energy. What you think, feel, say, and do in each moment comes back to you to create your reality. Since energy moves in a circular pattern, what goes around comes around. Buddhists call this phenomenon, Karma.
The power of this law is irrefutable, consistent and flawless. 'As a man thinketh in his hearth, so is he.' Proverbs 23 - verse 7. This proverb not only embraces the whole of a person's being, but is completely comprehensive to reach out to every circumstance and condition of one's life. A person is only what he/she thinks, his/her character being only the complete sum of all his/her thoughts.
When you pay attention to what you are thinking, the mysteries of your life are solved. The life you lead is created by your thoughts. If you want to improve your life you need to shift what you think to be in alignment with what you desire.
When you notice what you think - when you focus predominantly on what you love and desire to create - you expand your awareness and your results become more satisfying.
Pay attention and think the thoughts, which are aligned with your desires and enjoy the results.

You have just purchased your next personal development program / book and now what do you do? They say only 10% of the people even get past the first CD/ Tape/ chapter, let alone finish.
Would you like to know how to get at least 90% more from all of the personal development programs you have just purchased? And no, I won?t tell you to just listen to them 5 times.
Yes, that would increase your results, but not as much as what I am going to share. Besides who has the time to listen to their programs 5 times? How about getting more out of the first time?
Let?s say you are one of the few people that actually gets to the end of one of those personal development programs. How would you like to have a system to guarantee that you implement all the great stuff you just learned? How many times have you heard some really great ideas, only to find yourself 4 weeks later not applying any of it?
Your first step is to setup a system to insure you actually finish the program. It will do you no good if you never hear the message. These steps might seem cumbersome, however at the end of this article, I will introduce you to a tool that will make these steps easier.
The first step is to get Accountable to someone that you will finish the program. Now this is a very easy step to brush off, but committing to someone else will send a very powerful message to your subconscious mind and clear away a lot of the future mental hiccups.
Tell your Accountability Buddy when you will complete this program and that you will be giving them weekly updates on your progress. I will explain what you will put in those weekly progress reports below.
Now you have a system in place to give you the best chance at completing your personal development program. It is time to start. Choose a schedule of when you want to learn the program.
Each day you scheduled yourself to listen to the program, write down a Yes or No to the question, ?Did I listen to my personal development program today?? Next, write down the most important piece of information about the program you learned.
These two pieces of information are going to be what is in the progress reports you give your Accountability Buddy each week.
Once you complete the program, review your progress reports and celebrate your victory with your Accountability Buddy.
Why does this work?
There are a couple of forces at play here. The first is being accountable to someone else. We all want to look good to our friends, so being on the hook to complete the program will definitely get us to extend ourselves. We might not be 100%, but we will definitely get much more done then if we didn?t employ our Accountability Buddy.
The next force at play is tracking what we are doing. No longer will life be a blur of events that get lost in the past. We will have a very specific history of where we are slipping and we will have the chance to make course corrections along the way.
We all make mistakes and slip up sometimes. It is only when we have no clue as to when it is happening that we can find ourselves in deep trouble.
Lastly, you are employing a system of super learning called spaced repetition to lock the new information into your long term memory. First, you listen to the material. Later that day, you write down the most important point anchoring that information in your mind.
Upon completion of the program, you lock the information in your long term memory with you?re a final review, not to mention, it is always there if your need a quick refresh.
After you finish your personal development program and it is locked in your long term memory, it is time to put it into action. Follow the exact same system you used to finish the program in the first place.
1. Find someone to get accountable to implementing the new information in your life.
2. Set up the days you will work on implementing the system.
3. Write down the key thing you did to implement the new information on that day.
4. Share your progress reports with your Accountability Buddy.
5. Celebrate your success and review your progress reports when complete.
If the new information you learned will take a long time to implement, feel free to break it down into parts so you can celebrate on the way and review your progress. Now get accountable and get yourself going.

The key to most of the things we do is simply to focus. In most of the things we do whether this be in school, work, games or just even negotiating for a second hand electronic equipment, one has to focus on the task at hand to achieve what one desires. Have you ever tried changing plans half-way through the period ends?
If yes, you are just another guy who has experienced failure.
Because people cannot focus, they fail. When selling your products and services, you have to choose only a couple of marketing strategies and to implement them in sync. Do not change strategies halfway through, because if you do so, you will surely fail.
Changing plans halfway through would give you a hard time on how to measure how you are really doing? What you have to do is to inculcate passion to achieve the goal in order for the person to stay focus on what is important. Turn these plans into written documents that can be measured and scheduled. With such document, you are prepared to succeed.
You would also need proper discipline to stay focus. To do this, you should take note of the every step you make towards achieving goals in relation also with the schedule.
To secure that you get committed to the plan, tell someone you can trust - your colleague, your partner or friend. By sharing, you are committing to the things you said that you would do. This will certainly move you to accomplish the things you said you would rather than leave them on paper or imagination. Because you would know that the person will someday ask whether you have accomplished what you said you would and you would not want to be embarrassed by saying no.
On your next project, you should plan and take ownership of the action that requires to be done, get another person involved to keep you on track and do not delay in implementing what you have set out to do. Along the way, do not consider changing your plans.
You should know that the future is what we make of it. So, stay focus on your goals. It would only be a matter of time before you accomplish all that you set.

This is not a list of health resources, so clearly to an outsider it doesn't apply to anyone interested in health at all. But, in fact it has everything to do with it. Finding your passion is #1 on my list of healthy practices... so when I mentioned this, I realized that I should provide (and you asked for) a list of resources of how and where you can do this. Some people are looking for a way to improve themselves and are willing to take the steps necessary to acheive that. Some people are not or don't have the motiation to go the distance. Whether a person is one type or the other can be hard to determine.
It will all depend on the individual.
Many people have goals, dreams or ambitions but do not know how to go about achieving them.
They may have thought about what would make up self improvement and their ideal life, but have no idea how to even begin to make the plans and take the actions required to make them a reality.
Some people have a vague idea on how to go about self improvement.
These are the ones that believe that if only they had a better job, or had been given better opportunities, or met the love of their life, or whatever else, everything would be fine and they would be happy.
They feel that their happiness or lack of happiness is decided by external factors and their thoughts and actions are of little consequence.
Some believe that if only they had more money they could have whatever they want and be on their way to self improvement.
They may have spent little time thinking about what they actually want from life, and do not really believe there is anything they can do to create their fuzzy version of utopia anyway, apart from buying more lottery tickets.
Other people do not even know what they actually want from their lives and may even have little idea what would really makes them happy.
They seem to just drift from day to day, week to week, month to month, and year to year, and do little more than just about get by.
They may have seemingly secure jobs and be earning enough to live relatively comfortable lives.
They seem happy enough and have no great ambition to achieve anything more from their lives than they currently have.
Is self improvement important? The reality is that throughout our lives we are all constantly growing and developing.
Circumstances make us grow and develop, even if we do not make the conscious decision to do so.
Up to a certain age, we learn through formal education and we continue to learn through our experiences for the rest of our lives.
We have to learn and grow to deal with everything that life throws at us.
We all have to go through self improvement.
Modern life moves at a dramatically faster pace than at anytime in history.
For anyone living in modern society there are more opportunities to do anything that you want to do with your life than ever before.
But there is also more competition than ever before, and ever changing technology means that there really are few, if any `jobs for life? anymore.
It is now normal not only to change jobs quite often throughout our working lives, but even to completely change careers and industries.
Because the workplace is so competitive, people who are ambitious and hungry for success know they need to learn new skills and knowledge to keep ahead of the pack.
To attain this, self improvement is needed.
These are the people that will be most likely to keep their jobs, or progress within their chosen field, or that will be readily employable in different organizations or industries.
A commitment to self improvement and personal growth may well be the deciding factor in how anyone?s future will turn out.

1. The greatest craving necessary in life is one direction at information and mental development. Your mind has capacity to keep absorbing new information and manufacture future possibility. Whatever you consider valuable, your mind places an urgency for action.
2. The taking in of intoxicating substance with the intention to forget one's challenges is futile and wasteful. When you sober up, the challenge will still be there. The only way to make your challenges history is by confronting them with the goal to overcome. Challenges will never solve themselves but require your willingness to create and implement solutions.
3. Passionate pursuit of purpose is the entry point to perpetual productivity. We live in a world where there is ever increasing diversity of things that desire our attention. Not all pursuits are fruitful or beneficial and yet all pursuits eat into your time and resources.
4. Parents are the best positioned role models for their children. The greatest challenge is being able to strike a balance between showing their children their struggles for them to grow with understanding while preserving the children's security and assurance. Children who grow with a balanced view of life develop higher aspirations for success.
5. We exist to create the future while we live our lives in the present. Every generation has a mandate to enjoy its conquests while setting up future generations for success by preserving present testimonials and strategically investing resources for posterity.
6. When you have existed in bondage for prolonged periods it takes more than proclamation of your freedom to set you free. While freedom may be evident and seemingly obvious, it takes a process to get bondage out of the mind. When you are conditioned to limitation you may remain so for a while until mental renewal and unlearning of limitation takes place.
7. Your apprehension and blessing is in proportion to your resilience and tenacity to hold onto even when it makes better sense to quit. Jacob wrestled all night, Elisha pursued Elijah even after being turned away many times. It is always too soon and premature to quit. There are no awards for quitters.
8. Be watchful that in your disobedience you are not sinking with many purpose directed and innocent people. Refusal to attack your own God given mandate can become the unnecessary impediment in other people's desire to achieve greatness and arrive at destiny. Jonah nearly caused a whole ship to sink when he creatively engineered an escape from his mandate.
9. Obstructions that have a greater capacity to decimate your destiny are usually not the huge obvious and imposing ones but the small, discreet ones which you can easily ignore as they build their case. The larger the obstruction the easier for you to see from a distance and make a plan on how to avoid or reduce impact on your growth plan.
10. A problem may sometimes have many contributing causes. Before you can fund and invest in a solution you need to find or investigate what the main source of the problem is or else your efforts go to waste.
