Circumstances don't matter, only your ability to dream BIG and feel good about it does.

A few days ago I realized why I've had an easy and happy life. Sorry, no complaints here. I understand that most people like to talk about how difficult or hard their life has been and how they overcame those situations. Maybe this is a good way for people to learn, listening to these kinds of stories. I think it is a very good way to sell too, because 99% of people are suffering from something (debt, disease, loneliness, stress, depression and more), so their beliefs and energy match perfectly with these kinds of stories.

My story is different. Yes, I've had tough situations in my life, but they are part of living. They are lessons that teach us and we grow. Those moments add the salt and pepper to life. That is why life is exciting every day, because we don't know what exactly is going to happen, but if we have faith and know that we deserve only good things, we can be sure that anything that happens to us is just for the best. Our responsibility is to learn how to see everything with an open heart and a positive mind.

Why has my life been so happy and easy? My answer to this question is because I'm a big dreamer and my mind is always busy creating projects to help people. It doesn't matter if I make money with them, I really enjoy the time when I'm creating them. I'm living my own life through my dreams and my creations. I'm creating my own life and my own reality in my mind, and I'm living it! Yes, I live in this world - I eat, I get dressed, I have a place to live, I have a beautiful family, I need the same things as every human being. And thanks to my ability to dream and believe, money has never been a problem for me. My relationship with money is wonderful because I believe I deserve only good things and I'm sure I get everything I want.

Sometimes when I say I'm a BIG dreamer, people laugh at me. When I ask for help to do activities to help people, some people don't listen to me, and that is OK with me. I respect everyone else's opinions and decisions. I'm sure I will meet the right people to help me. I use my imagination to attract them. I love to play with my imagination. If I can "live" my projects in my mind, I'm sure I can make them available for everyone and bring them into reality.

Imagination is the ability of forming images, sensations and concepts in your mind. Imagination is a process that helps you to create your own reality and it can be expressed through stories and fantasies. Imagination involves all the five senses and feelings, not just the mind. When you play with your imagination, you are able to see you (and other people) living the life you want, hear your own laughter, smell the scents of your success, savor the flavors of your happiness and touch every person's heart around you. Imagination has no limits and everything you can create in your mind (with your imagination) you can create it in your reality, in your own life.

How can you bring things you create in your mind to reality? There is a very important thing to take care of, and it is that your imagination needs to match your beliefs. You can create beautiful dreams/stories with your imagination, but if your beliefs contradict your dreams, 99.9% of the time, you won't bring them to reality. It is a good idea to rate your belief about your dream from 1-10. How much do you believe that you can achieve that dream? If you rate your belief between 8-10, you can be sure that you will achieve it. If your rate is anything less than 7, you can play the same story in your mind over and over again until you believe you can achieve it. Play with your imagination and add more and more details to your story, add more and more feelings and emotions, feel better every time. If you feel bad thinking about your dream, your level of belief is low. Daydreaming is a very good tool to create whatever you want and overcome negative emotions.

I have a four-year-old nephew and I've learned a lot from him. He is always creating his own stories, expressing his emotions and laughing at every little thing. He is teaching me how to fly - that is what he says - and I'm learning! Children are extraordinary teachers, learn from them - especially kids less than seven years old. Imitate them. I'm sure you will learn to play with your imagination once more!

Creating a Dream book is very useful. Get a special notebook and write down all your dreams, desires, goals and projects. I use a little one because I like to carry it with me all the time. Write all the ideas that come to your mind, even though you may think that they are only fantasies or unreal. Describe your IDEAL life. Write about all that you want in your life, for yourself, for your job/business, for your relationship, for your family, for your community, for your world. Evaluate all your dreams depending on how much you believe and pick the ones that you believe more (8-10) to focus on and play with them in your imagination over and over again. If you want something that you don't believe enough, find "reasons" to support that dream and imagine it over and over again, feel good about it and be happy.

We are forgetting how to dream and that is why we are living in a very stressful and depressing world. It looks like the "directors" of the world are interested in ending our ability to dream and we are collaborating with them. They can control the world but they cannot steal your imagination. Use your ability to dream BIG and create your OWN reality. Circumstances don't matter, only your ability to dream BIG and feel good about it does. If you can create it in your mind, you can have it in your life!

There are many things I regret from my past that I can do nothing about today. So I choose to move on and not dwell on what I can not control. Everyday is a chance and an opportunity to be better than I was yesterday, and I try to take full advantage of that.

Over the summer while visiting my parents, I remember talking about an old friend whom I have not seen or talked to for 20 some years. My mother decided to help me track him down and see if we could locate him so I cold reach out and say hello. A month later I did indeed contact this old friend and it was a great telephone reunion.

That experience made me think. How many other people are living each day with the attitude that an old friend could care less about hearing from them? So often we lose touch with old friends and family and we just assume that all is well left alone. The truth is, you have done nothing but create a stalemate and no one wins.

Old friends are very important for several reasons, but to me the most important one is that they helped shape who we are today. Think about it, 20 or 30 or even 40 years ago, you were influenced by something that an old friend did or said. Think about all of the advice you shared with each other, all of the tears you cried and celebrations you had. They are indeed a big part of who you are right this minute.

We live in a world today that makes it incredibly easy to find someone. Don't wait a minute longer, pick up the phone or write an email and re-introduce yourself to your old friend. You will find that what happens next will simply amaze you. Most likely, you will be greeted with incredible love and happiness. You have broken the stalemate. You will be amazed at the immediate connection that you will have within the first five minutes. It will be as though no time has passed between visits.

Old friends are the foundation of who we are today. When we cut them out of our lives, we are indeed doing just that, cutting out a piece of ourselves. Do not wait to hear that an old friend is now a grandparent, parent, getting married or even passed on. This is not the way you want to be re-introduced. Take the time today and prevent the ultimate regret, you and your soul will be glad you did. The choice is within.

I've learned in the past four years of living in LA, that you are who you surround yourself with, and you tend to attract the same circumstances those around you do.

For example, If your goal is to be a working actor in LA, you should befriend and hang out with working actors who are consistently going on auditions and booking gigs. There is only so much you can learn or offer someone that is not actively working in an industry that you want to pursue. Associating yourself with the "working" people of Los Angeles is imperative to your growth and development. You have to understand how your respective industry works. The only was is to surround yourself with those that have a hands on knowledge of it.

I've seen too many talented and driven people move to Los Angeles and lose their way (I was one of them), because the people they choose to hang around are not "go-getters." They say they want to do this and that, but never follow through, and eventually become bitter about the Los Angeles entertainment industry as a whole. That negative energy is extremely contagious and will eventually infect you and your outlook on LA.

It's smart for you to find like minded people who are eager to succeed in LA. These are the people that will challenge you and make you a better person. There are numerous resources in Los Angeles that can help you meet and befriend some great people.

How do I create my environment?

Meetup.com - This is an awesome place to meet like-minded people. There are hundreds, if not thousands of meetups all over LA. Find the right one that aligns with your goals and attend.

LA Actors Tweet up- Are you an actor? The LA Actors Tweet up is held on a quarterly basis for actors that are interested in networking. It is a great place to introduce yourself to the LA acting scene.

Grub With Us- Is a website that schedules dining events throughout Los Angeles. They offer numerous locations to dine at. From Mexican to Asian cuisine. You pay between $20 to $30 depending on the restaurant location and have dinner with interesting people of Los Angeles. It's a great way to meet people over dinner.

Lets Lunch- Similar to Grub With us but slightly cheaper.

These are a few great places to meet great people in LA. Remember, to surround yourself with those you aspire to be. Now get to work!

I am totally hooked on energetics. I talk about it all the time. I analyse everything that occurs from an energetic perspective. But what am I really talking about? What is Energetics and how does it differ from Spirituality?

Whenever I speak about Energetics, people immediately think of Spirituality. Most people link the two for they are both mysterious and non-physical. And yet they are very, very different.

Spirituality exists in the physical world as the belief in a force greater than physical man. It refers to the mystical world beyond the material realm, and seems to be accessed from our human hearts and minds. It has form only in so far as humanity attributes a form to the beliefs it holds. It fits into a time frame only in so far as humanity provides the frame. It is a concept created from the thoughts of humankind, even though humanity believes it is referring to something that exists beyond the material realm. Spirituality exists in the third dimension and is created there.

Energetics on the other hand, exists in the third dimension and in the other dimensions. It exists independently of humankind. I refer to the 'energy' or vibrations of life moving at a wide range of speeds, through the universe. Energetics effects humankind, but is not caused by us. When there is no form, energy remains. In reality, it is all there is - the rest of our world is an illusion, comprised of vibrations that we, as a species, have agreed to condense into all of the so-called material forms of our lives.

Once we accept that everything is made up of moving waves of energy, coalesced into forms, shapes, ideas and beliefs, through consensus reality - the entire world changes. We become truly powerful co-creators of our reality, rather than the mere recipients of all that unfolds in our lives.

So, what happens to spirituality? We cling it to it as the last vestige of the old world, because it is more real, more physical, and more comfortable to us than this new, ever-changing world of vibrations and frequencies. It's no wonder that most everyone I speak to, shifts to the concept of spirituality. We can understand spirituality. It is a framework we know. It helps us wrap our minds around the mysteries of life. Energetics - now that is something totally different.

What would life be like if there was nothing but energy - no form, no time, no bodies, no tables, no things? Why is it relevant to even ask this question? I believe we are moving into such a world, a world that is more vibratory and less physical. A world in which we will still have our human bodies, but they will be lighter, less dense, with more spaces between the molecules, and comprised of faster and faster vibratory patterns. Beings like that have existed in our world in the past, and they exist now. They are often referred to as enlightened beings or masters. They are considered the exception, rather than the norm. We are now moving into a world where they may be the norm.

It is for that reason that I draw the distinction between Energetics and Spirituality - to alert you to the journey upon which we are all embarking. The vibrations of the earth are speeding up. The only way we, humankind, can continue to live on the earth, is to match our vibrations to hers as best we can. This process of adapting or allowing our vibrations to become resonant with the earth's new vibration is evolution.

Some may call this process enlightenment or ascension. I call it evolution -'energetic evolution'. It doesn't really matter what label is attributed to the shift. What is crucial is that you accept, not resist the changes. The universe is standing by to assist you, but cannot do so without your permission. Whether that help is in the form of spirit guides, ascended masters, the angelic realm, the archangels, Buddha, Mary, Jesus or your deceased relatives, open to them, and trust that whatever unfolds is perfect, and will lead to a better world.

Energetics or the study of the vibrations of life, will give you all the information you need to navigate and thrive in the new world today, in 2012 and beyond.

Many people say they want to improve their life, releasing pain and sorrow. Others say they want to be able to follow their passion. Many people are very unhappy with the way their life is and yet they choose to do absolutely nothing.

For many it is easier, because it requires no effort, no change and certainly no courage to go beyond their current circumstances, their comfort zone. Does this describe you? Be honest with yourself, really reach beyond the I'm fine I have no problems, no issues. That is ego chatter holding you where you are. Or perhaps you listen to someone around you who says they want you to succeed yet their actions reflect the exact opposite.

If you are truly believe you are reaching through your fear, reaching beyond all you have ever known what is holding you back? Could it be that beneath the surface, you really have doubt? Are you afraid of what others might think, do or say behind your back? Do you focus on the lack of physical manifestation of your Soul Mate relationship or financial abundance to follow your heart's desires?

As long as you are in physical form, you will at some point experience moments, hours or perhaps even a few days or doubt and uncertainty. The difference is being to reach through the ego chatter, the negative thoughts and emotions which surface from time to time.

Yes, I have been there and at times I still work with some of these issues. Having said that I am grateful to no longer be influenced by what others might say or do. Whatever unkind thoughts they have are not my issue unless I accept their truth as my own. I accept only my truth for me. Like so many Spiritual Seekers, Light-Workers and Healers, I have wasted too many years and too many tears attempting to please others at the cost of my truth, my inner-Self.

A Message from Archangel Haniel

All that has come before this moment brings you to the edge of all you have known. There is much growth, much expansion before you. There are a few around you who would see you stand your ground, expanding no further. We say this to you, place one foot before the other, step into the light, come out of the shadows for there is only love and light, compassion, strength, harmony and balance, abundance and prosperity, seeing beyond physical realm limitations. There is much which attempts to distract you from your path. Give yourself the gift of reaching out to another to assist you in your Spiritual growth. Choose wisely seeking the Soul light of another whose gift of light is unconditional. Trusting the path before you may at times be fraught with the appearance of deceit. This we say to you, all that is not of love and light shall be made known to you. Give thanks, for the light shines upon all things in all places great and small. All is illuminated in the Light of the Lord. There is only light. There is only love. All else shall fall from you. Be not afraid this day.

As you become willing to step beyond your current circumstances, your comfort zone, take a deep breath and exhale all that would keep you where you are. Breathe in white light, exhale all shadow of what is now behind you. You have the choice to move forward regardless of the criticism or judgments of others. Some will express a concern that you have changed. What this really means is you are no longer the same or that you are no longer controlled by others. Good for you! This is cause to celebrate!

Each time you reach for something that is new to you, you will feel a certain level of discomfort. Allowing you to become vulnerable requires courage. Courage is being able to expand your sense of knowing, following your passion, connecting with Angels and Spirit. It is also about accepting the truth of who you truly are.

You are whole and complete. Believe in you. Connect with your inner-Self.

In order to enjoy a great retirement you must have two things. Stable Finances and good health. Good health begins with a healthy diet. It's easier said than done starting to eat a new diet that's healthier. Having a healthy diet and meal regimen is not so difficult to set up, but is very hard to maintain on a continuous basis. There are a variety of reasons for this, but sometimes people just don't stop to consider how important this is to your long term well being. Your overall diet can improve dramatically by implementing some of the strategies that we are about to present in this article.

It's hardly a secret that eating more fruits, vegetables and whole grain is good for you, yet many people still don't do it. The problem is, many people just don't find these foods as tempting as less healthy choices. If you simply plan your meals to be based on the healthy foods then adding in some more unhealthy foods isn't a problem. To put it in other words, think about eating more healthy foods each day, rather than removing all of the foods you love. If you begin to consume more vegetables, whole grains and fruits then you will have less space for the things like sweets, unhealthy snacks and carbohydrates. You may not believe this but your taste for healthy foods develops with the more healthy foods you eat, so it's possible to increase your choices after some time.

Putting extra effort into cooking at home will be a huge help in trying to eat healthier. While eating out at restaurants is easy and really good, it's hard to be good about watching your calorie intake. You will have all the control to prepare what you want and will know exactly what's in it. A whole new world of cooking will open up to you once you realize you can tweak any recipe at home with the ingredients you want. This can also be extremely nice on your wallet. It might take some scheduling work to make cooking at home easier, but it's worth it. If you have a busy week ahead, try taking time on Saturday to prepare meals so you have no excuse to eat out.

Including super-foods into your diet is a good way of eating in a way that's more healthy. Foods that are exceptionally high in nutrition are called super-foods This means that you needn't eat them in large amounts to get the benefits from them. You can get them as foods from the supermarket or a health food store, and you can also get them in the form of a supplement. Included are green foods like, chlorella and spirulina, wheatgrass, noni, goji berry and juices such as acai. You can find many other super-foods as well if you start looking into it. Foods that are rather common, like yogurt, barley, beans and nuts are being considered by many experts to be super-foods

Most people like to gradually change their diet rather than try it all at once. While you may want to see changes fast, the only way to make it stick is to start implementing small changes. For example, you could start bringing healthier snacks and lunch from home rather than buying less healthy junk foods outside. All small steps will add up and show you how easy it was to start being healthier.

Retirement strategies can be a stressful business. Sometimes the best course is not the most apparent and you might waste valuable time saving on pointless schemes that never come to fruition. As such, some people hire financial advisors or simply apply for a government pension scheme, never looking for getting the most of their money since they're not aware of any better options. The real truth of the matter is that retirement plans work only if you catch them early, Plan them well and have discipline when it comes to spending and saving.

In my never ending quest for the perfect balance between work and home, and friends and clients, I have been blessed with many great mentors and the opportunity to learn countless lessons for myself and from others. Many of these tips are hard-fought for me. And so, in honor of David Letterman's famous "Top Ten," here are my top ten tips on getting to balance.

Number 10: Use one calendar. It sounds simple, but put your personal and your business commitments in the same place so you can quickly see what you have going on and make intentional decisions about where you want to spend your time. How many times has it happened that you inadvertently scheduled a work commitment (or a doctor's appointment) on top of your child's school assembly?

Number 9: If you work from home or have the luxury of a flexible work day, set a specific start and end time for your work day. Set clear boundaries so that you do not end up doing "that one more thing" that takes you through dinner time.

Number 8: Never go to bed angry. Resolve whatever the problem is before you head off for bedtime. Trust me, you will sleep better and feel better. Apologize even if you did not start the fight.

Number 7: Take all your vacation days! What are you saving them for?

Number 6: Don't keep up with the Joneses. Meaning, don't worry about what everyone else is doing, or how many committees they are on, or what activities they pack into their days. Define what balance means to you, and stick to it. I once had a business owner tell me that I couldn't run my business in just 40 hours a week - and for him, 60 hours was just fine. But guess what? I found a way. You need to find your own way to achieve your balance, not somebody else's definition of balance.

Number 5: Listen to your body. Really listen. Your body will tell you when it needs a break. This tip is particularly hard, because we become experts at ignoring warning signs. Begin to pay attention to what your body is saying - build that habit of actively listening to when your body tells you it is worn out, or not eating right, or getting sick.

Number 4: If you don't block time for exercise or physical activity, it won't happen. Make an appointment to go to the gym, or play tennis, or join your son in a pick-up basketball game.

Number 3: Laugh as often as you can. Find ways to bring laughter into your day. Watch a comedy; listen to the comedy station on your radio; call your favorite jokester friend.

Number 2: Set consistent sleep patterns. This is not just about the number of hours of sleep you get every night (although that's important too). In addition, get in the habit of going to sleep and rising at about the same time every day. Yes, that includes the weekends. Try it, you will thank me.

And, the Number 1 Tip for Balance: Make time for what is most important to you. Have you ever heard the story of the Mayonnaise Jar, the Rocks, and the Two Beers? In that story, a professor tells his class about the "big rocks". Those big rocks represent the most important things in your life. If you fill the mayonnaise jar with all the little things (the "pebbles") then you won't have room for the big rocks. Put the big rocks in first, the rest will find a space somewhere.

If you want a copy of the full Mayonnaise Jar story, contact us. We would be delighted to share it with you. And let us know which of these Top Ten Tips is more valuable for you? What other tips can you share with our readers?

What does it take to be an expat? And in particular an expat woman? In the past 7 years of my expat life I have come across many different definitions of who I was and what I was doing: international woman, expat woman, expat spouse, trailing spouse.

The first one international woman sounds quite neutral. To me it simply means a woman who has an international life or career. It could also mean that you live in your home country but travel for your work abroad for example.

The next one sounds already a bit more exotic: an expat woman. A few years ago when I moved to the Netherlands I did not considered myself being an expat woman. Although I was living and working abroad, I did have a 'local' husband and friends. I did not participate in the social international community either. After a couple of years this changed, as my husband got a project in Mexico City and we decided to move with the whole family there. And there it happened, my label of 'international woman' was replaced by a new one 'expat spouse'. When browsing on the Internet I came across the distinction in the definition of the two. The distinction being whether you have your own career or not. So there I was suddenly 'downgraded' from a woman to a spouse. As a decent 'expat spouse' I had of course a cook, a nanny, a housekeeper and even a driver. All the attributes of an expat spouse! I was enjoying all social gatherings there were to enjoy: mornings for mothers and kids, knitting afternoons with local women, drinks with the 'Dutchies', lunches with other expat spouses, book clubs, yoga lessons. You name it, I have been there and have done it. Life was fun! So when did I turn into a 'trailing spouse' than? And who has ever invented such a name! A trailing spouse sounds very passive to me. It sounds like you really do not choose for a life of your own but that you simply have to follow your husband and his career, whether you like it or not.

It even sounds like there is a resistance, to be on a trail means that you are being pulled by someone else.

You do not take part in making a decision, you do not have your own will, you are just being pulled by your husband. To even make it worse you are not even a woman but you turned into a spouse. All your other roles such as being a mother, daughter, sister, friend, or colleague have been swiped away. How unfair is that? It is true that some of us do decide to put their own career on hold in order to support the career of their husband, but that does not mean we are deprived of all other attributes of being a woman, simply because we decide not to work for sometime! It is most of the time a woman who is in charge of building again a new nest for the whole family, starting a new social life, making sure kids feel safe and secure in their new environment. Furthermore, you have a life of your own to re-start with making new friends, deciding to find a new job or starting a entirely new career or study. It sounds to me like so much more than just being a spouse. Most of us give of course support to their hard working partners but that is one of our roles and not the only one.

Do not let yourself be locked (by yourself or others) in one of the drawers labeled 'trailing spouse'. As an exercise you can write down your name in the middle of the sheet of paper. Then write down on the same sheet of paper, around your name all your roles that you fulfil at the moment. Circle them and draw a line from your name to the role. See now how many important roles you are having.

The following is a powerful story that was shared by Reverend Michael Beckwith, founder of Agape International.

A particular student in the class always took the stance of challenging things that were being shared in the class regardless of what was being said. This student had a difficult time being in a peaceful place. Before he arrived to class one day, the other students expressed their frustration and concern to Reverend Beckwith asking if he would do something about the student's behavior when he came into the classroom.

Instead of agreeing with them he said, "He's going to be a better minister than all of you anyway." Needless to say, they didn't particularly like hearing this and argued with him for a bit until he pointed out how they are all in this student's energy not only when he walks into the room, but even when he's not in the room." Reverend Beckwith went on to say, "He sweeps you up into his energy and you're not strong enough to stand in your own energy. He's stronger than you are."

He suggested that they simply think about what the student is saying the next time he speaks and embrace it with love, joy and peace, and radiate that back out to him. They agreed to do this and when the gentleman came into the room he started his usual challenging behavior. They all just listened from a place of interest without needing to argue back. They just allowed him to have his say and he ended up getting so upset when no one would argue with him, that he ran out of the classroom.

A few minutes later he returned and began to cry. Reverend Beckwith shared in the sermon, "He was brought up with a lot of abuse in his life, and was very comfortable with conflict and people not liking him. He could come into a room and immediately create home for himself."

To him, home meant conflict.

This story touched me deeply because I have worked with many clients over the years who felt the need to always argue various points I would share with them during our sessions. Understanding that this was coming from a place they were not even aware of yet, I simply held the space for them to be as they were until they felt safe to do something different. Eventually, they came to realize how they've been holding themselves back because they needed to argue for their limitations and stay close to home since it was where they were most comfortable. What transpired from their awareness was the ability to develop unconditional love for themselves and to put down the baggage they were holding onto so tightly, freeing themselves from a lifetime of burden.

Perhaps you know people in your life who are prepared for battle and challenge everything you say only to find yourself participating in their battle and kicking yourself afterwards for doing so. I invite you to lay down your sword and consider that there's more to their battle than you know. Open yourself up to allow them to have their say without needing to defend or convince or prove otherwise. Don't get pulled into their energy. Have enough faith in your own truth that you can maintain it, even when being challenged, and still honor another's position.

If after reading this, you recognize you're the one who often challenges everything others are saying, then take a moment to look into your past and see where that might have been taught to you. What are you protecting yourself from by being prepared for battle? What are you most afraid of by not being prepared for battle? What would happen if you felt a deep resonance with something someone said and made the choice to agree with it and not run from it?

Again, I encourage you to lay down your sword, as well and consider the questions I've asked. Allow for the possibility of inviting peace into your life and having a direct experience with that peaceful state and free yourself from the need for inner and outer battle.

With Blessings,
Linda

A few short years ago, for many people, the word 'essentials' may have meant a luxury home filled with designer gear and high-tech toys to go with expensive facials and spiritual indulgence.

Advertisers told us we deserved it and we were worth it. With more than a little encouragement from so called self-help gurus, we were also led to believe that we could have it all - just by thinking about it.

Fast forward to now and we're all paying for it. The ongoing global recession has caused many of us to take a long, hard look at our lives and focus on the true essentials in life.

Gone are the unrealistic expectations that we can all be pretty, rich and famous.

Gone too, are the personal development posers who had jumped on the bandwagon of an economic boom to con gullible people out of their money for what was basically giving common sense advice.

The credit crunch seems to have squeezed the life out of the self-help industry and I, for one, think this is a good thing. Being an avid reader and owner of dozens of personal development manuals, I'd become increasingly bewildered by the wordy, confusing and pseudo-scientific claptrap that was becoming the norm.

Having spent a considerable amount of money, and reading energy, on various self improvement books, to the point that my head was cluttered with psycho-babble jargon, I came to realise that this self help overload was actually preventing me from experiencing the changes I needed.

When I was faced with what appeared to be an impossible situation, or emotional challenge, I would instinctively reach for a self help manual, seeking help and guidance. The sad fact is that more often than not these personal development products and their pompous, pious and patronising tones and conflicting messages left me feeling cold, confused and certainly none the wiser.

Overall, I believe that the self-help industry is generally well-intentioned, but it is open to exploitation by unscrupulous people. I've also come to believe that these pseudo-psychological methodologies can actually prevent people from achieving their goals.

The simple truth about self-help is that the 'the answer lies within'. We all have the power to change our lives with a little guidance. I believe if we all stopped looking for complicated, impressive-sounding solutions to everyday problems, in favour of commonsense solutions and simple answers, we'd all be much happier.

How to improve oneself?

Well, it could be as simple as reading this self-improvement article, but I seriously doubt it.

It could be as simple as listening (and watching) how others do it, but you know better than just to rely on the actions of others don't you.

Or it could be taking right action, relentlessly so...

Or it could be a combination of all of the above, taking right actions as guided to do so by those who have done similarly, but always remembering to rely on your judgment.

This article will attempt to prove the case for the last option - taking the right sorts of actions, right for you that is. And I include 3 self-improvement quotes to help make that case...

Self-Improvement Quote #1:

"People seldom improve when they have no other model but themselves to copy."
-- Oliver Goldsmith

Learning from others is pretty much how we learn to do most things as a child, I'm sure you'll agree. And when we become a teenager the influence of our peers is not far away. And then adulthood hits us, and we know all we need to know to do life 'our way'.

Except we don't. What we really know is that some parts of 'life' come easier for us than others; that maintaining successful relationships can be frustrating; and that the 'life skills' class seems to a never-ending one whose lessons get harder and harder.

Truth is, we can bumble along in life, blaming others for our failures and taking sole praise for our successes, or we can realise that it is ALWAYS useful to find a mentor or two to model ourselves on.

The mentor could be a family member or a friend or even a famous faraway type. But some kind of role model is always useful to be guided by, when it comes to developing certain aspects of our self.

Else you might find yourself seriously stuck in life, and making the same mistakes over and over again...

Inspirational Quote #2:

"Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings so that you shall come easily by what others have labored hard for."
-- Socrates

Sometimes it's okay to learn from so-called self-help 'gurus'. Some of these people have struggled a great deal in life so that they now come to an understanding of how much easier life is when you take X action and have Y attitude.

These learned men and women understand themselves really well, and (usually) have a good way of explaining their reality so that it becomes your reality.

Then their journey, which might have taken a lifetime, can help shorten your own journey, as long - of course - as you DO what these people suggest you do, trusting your judgemental as you do so...

Self-Improvement Quote #3:

"I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand."
-- Confucius

If you don't take actions, even the opposite actions to what some 'guru' suggests you take, then you're going nowhere in your journey of life - nowhere, slow. Development and growth can ONLY occur by your taking actions, preferably right actions.

So you put into practice what your mentor suggests; you do what the self-help guru urges you to do, also; and then, then you see how it works out in your life, and adjust accordingly.

As long as you take right actions, and reflect on how it actually works for you, then you'll grow as a human being... guaranteed!

And if you find that some of these so-called 'right actions' don't actually work then even better. Just as long as you know what DOES work for you, you can maybe become a self-help guru of your own and then come full circle and end up helping others shorten their life-journeys too.

One of Scarlett O'Hara's most memorable quotes is, "I can't think about that right now. If I do, I'll go crazy. I'll think about that tomorrow." Now, when you're feeling upset, agitated, flustered or frustrated, it might seem sensible to wait a day or two before dealing with your problems...but is it, really? Everyone is born wanting to avoid pain and suffering. When you get burned you pull your hand back, don't you? It's only human to want to avoid pain. And this is the appropriate way of dealing with this type of pain. The problem arises when we deal with pain and suffering in inappropriate ways. Here are four inappropriate ways we try to avoid issues. Take a look.

Escape

Emma feels estranged from her husband. Their relationship is not like it was before. They never talk anymore, not like they used to, but instead of broaching the subject and telling him how she feels, she turns on the TV in the den whenever he tries to talk about things. Instead of TV, we may eat, drink, shop, or gamble-all different ways we try to escape and avoid dealing with difficult issues.

Dump/Vent

Sarah deeply resents the fact that her mother in law treats her like an incompetent idiot and always butts in when she should just mind her own business. But instead of talking about it with her mother in law, she calls her best friend Tina and tells her, in very colorful language, exactly what she thinks of the woman. Sarah can go on for hours. After such a session, she feels relieved, but poor Tina feels awful. Sarah has managed to avoid the real issue one more time and the problem stays the same.

Stuff It

Every time Tom feels unhappy at work or gets the nagging suspicion that he should change jobs, he chooses to ignore reality-how he really feels-and goes about his business. After all, the economy's bad and now's not the time to think about changing jobs. The problem is he has felt this way for years. Unless Tom faces his unhappy situation, nothing will change. Denial and projection are two classic ways of "stuffing it" -avoiding reality and staying stuck.

Submit Helplessly

George is is feeling overwhelmed-hopeless. He can't control his eating habits and his weight gain is spiraling out of control. He has stopped seeing people socially because he's too embarrassed to be seen in public. He just stays in more and more, eating more and more. Being obese and out of control has become part of his identity. He's believes he can't change and that there's nothing he can do about it. Want to know how to deal with problems like these in more appropriate ways?

You don't need to be part of any CIA project or super secret government branch to tap into the secrets of mind control. Some of these secrets are already out there, although not a lot of people possess the patience to plow through them one by one.

With so many "secrets of mind control" all over the Internet, how do you know which one to pick? In this article, I'll share with you 3 of my top picks.

Secret # 1 Of Mind Control: Reframing

Reframing is one of the best techniques to persuade someone to do anything. Before you open your mouth, ask yourself these questions first:

Why should the person do whatever it is you're asking them to do? What are the consequences should they not follow your lead?

Never mind if the person already has an objection (ex: I don't want to exercise; it's simply too hot to do anything), you can always reframe it once you have readily thought of all the benefits.

Tell the person that you agree it's a little hot out, but that just means you can sweat more, which is ultimately what you want to happen when you exercise.

Secret # 2 Of Mind Control: Keeping Positive

It's important to stick to the positive ideas as much as possible. People do respond more to positive motivation than negative stimulation.

Consider the concept of reward and punishment. While both methods get people to work, it has been proven that people who are promised rewards work better than those who are threatened punishment should they fail to accomplish their task. That's because people associate rewards with good stuff (and punishment with negative things).

Secret # 3 Of Mind Control: Appealing To Their Desires.

Before you ask a person to do something, think very carefully about what their innermost desires are. Do they want to be famous? Do they want to earn a lot of money?

By finding out what their motivators are, you then tell them how doing what you want them to do will lead them to their goal or desire. It's important to find out what their goal is so you can relate your proposal to what they want to accomplish.

These secrets of mind control are indeed used in many different parts of the world. They may be used in government facilities or even in the boardroom of your very own office. By keeping up with these mind control techniques, you'll have the upper hand.

Every child has been asked what they wanted to be when they grew up. And more often than not, they had responded with "doctor," or "lawyer," or "movie star." It would always be some stereotype of success. It would always be something that was prevalent in both school books and popular media. Did you describe your dream life the same way when you were young? Don't be ashamed if you have; it's not your fault this information has been drilled into you from the start.

However, this doesn't mean that you should conform to such ideals. So what if that's what your parents or teachers wanted of you? Is that really what you want for yourself? You have your own unique perspective on life and the world you live in. The best life you could possibly live, then, is something you conjured up in your own mind. What do other people have to do with it?

So, ask yourself: what really is your dream life anyway? What does it look like? Chances are, it incorporates the elements of life you personally enjoy the most. It is a life that you maintain entirely on your own terms, one that you have complete control over. It is the kind of existence where your success depends on doing the things you love, and nothing else.

Still stumped? Think long and hard. If you had the chance to do only one thing for the rest of your days, what would it be? Forget your current obligations. Don't take your job, finances, or family into consideration. Whatever that thing is, be it cooking haute cuisine or building houses by hand, that is your dream life. That is what you should be pursuing.

Do you really want to waste away your precious time on Earth with your crappy job? When you feel that you should be doing something other than what you're doing now, then why don't you do it? There is no reason for you to stunt your growth as a person. There is no reason for you to stick to lame excuses. You know they're lame to begin with!

A man who slaves away day and night for a job he hates but still takes home millions of dollars is not a success. A man who makes the same income with a career he loves is the true success. By pursuing your dream life, you can be the latter man.

What's stopping you, then? Now that you know what your true goals are, you should go out there and fulfill them. Now that you have a better understanding of what your priorities should be, then the next step should be to avoid procrastination. The best life is an active life. There is no fairy godmother out there who can help you kick things off. In fact, you are your very own fairy godmother, and you have all the power in the world to make your wish come true. No matter the situation, you can only earn true success if you were responsible for your actions from the very beginning.

  • 10 of your favorite large fresh chilies

  • 2 cloves of garlic, pealed and halved

  • 3/4 cup white vinegar

  • Salt

There is a great satisfaction that comes from creating something yourself. So maybe I could go to the store and buy an expensive bottle of hot sauce, something called "Satan's Spit" or "Tonsil Torcher," but where is the sacrifice in that? To make my own hot sauce I have to put up with my entire body smelling like vinegar and pungent peppers for hours, my kitchen being trashed with pepper guts, and headaches from inhaling so much spice. The time of solitude in my kitchen is well worth the work.

My kitchen is small with only a single narrow doorway. If there were more than two people in there at once, it would reach its maximum capacity. The appliances all suck, but they are still functional enough to not be replaced. The stove is filthy with burnt char that has somehow melded and become part of the actual surface, the oven is missing a shelf and the light, the refrigerator door does not seal all the way and is also missing a light, the dishwasher door has to be slammed shut for it to latch correctly, and finally the toaster's timing setting is broken, so if you don't pay attention you ruin breakfast. The only positive thing about my kitchen is that the air conditioning vent is one of the best in the house, blowing cool air directly in front of the main counter. Despite all the negatives, I still feel like a master when I am there alone and with a mission. I become invincible with a recipe and a collection of ingredients.

Rule number one: Always wear gloves. Don't think you can skimp and go cheap with loose fitting plastic ones either, you must get the rubber ones that doctors or cooks wear. This rule is essential because the juice of the chilies can cling to your fingers for many hours after touching, and it will hurt if you touch a sensitive part of the skin.

Jalapeno, Serrano, Cayenne, and Habanero peppers all make delicious flavors for homemade hot sauce. Even fresh peppers of this kind have a natural heat and a unique flavor, but if you want the kind of heat that will punch you in the face, you need to broil or roast them. Heat intensifies heat.

I once put abnormally hot Jalapenos on a pizza I was cooking, thinking that I could cook some of the heat out of the pepper, and I was surprised when the juices from the Jalapenos set my whole pizza on fire with spice. I had to throw the whole thing away because my wife and I couldn't handle more than a few bites.

For your hot sauce, you must first turn your oven on to the broil setting and allow it heat up completely. Then prepare the chilies by cutting off the stems and slicing them in half long ways. You also need to cut them in such a way that the halved chilies could lay flat. Once they are cut you can gut them. Make sure you get most of the seeds and the ribbing out of the pepper. A few seeds here and there won't hurt though. Set the seeds aside because we will add them back in later. Now you can place them on the broiler with the cut side facing down. Then broil for five minutes.

Doing things yourself creates opportunities for leaning and growth. Everyone knows that, but why do we still insist on things being done for us? Sometime I'm just in the mood to be lazy or I only have time for the way, store bought jelly. Not only do I learn, but also I get a great sense of pride. I wouldn't go to the store and buy ten loaves of my favorite bread then bring them back to my neighbors. Although I would certainly share my homemade hot sauce with the folks in the apartment above me. I would want them to enjoy and recognize my efforts and hard work. I would want to be appreciated.

Rule number two: Open all the windows in your kitchen and the adjacent rooms. Once the peppers start broiling, the smell can be very overpowering. On my first attempt at broiling peppers, I could see fumes from the peppers and I swear the stench embedded itself into the walls. it was overwhelming. The smell actually went straight to my stomach and I nearly yaked up the leftover hot wings I'd had for lunch. So be sure there is plenty of ventilation and it is probably a good idea to have a fan blowing also.

I learned a special trick for roasting the peppers that the recipe never explained, and I found out the hard way. If you are broiling a set of peppers that are particularly skinny, you don't have to broil them for the full five minutes. You will end up burning them to a crisp and you won't be able to use very much of them in the actual sauce. Three minutes will blacken the skin enough to bring out the heat and pepper flavor yet still have soft pulp underneath. You want to avoid the flakey char. Likewise, a larger or thicker pepper will need to cook a few minutes longer.

Once the peppers have finished cooking, you need to place them in plastic bags and allow them to cool in the fridge for at least twenty minutes. Once they are cool you have two different options. You can either leave the charred skin on the pepper and this will give the final product a slightly burnt taste, which is actually very nice, or you can peel the skin off which will eliminate that burnt taste yet the spice will remain. It's completely up to your own preferences. I personally like the burnt taste, and I like to see the small black specks that float around in the finished sauce.

I put hot sauce on everything. It's the best in macaroni and cheese. I don't really like the fancy made-from-scratch kind of mac and cheese normally found at church pitch-in, but I love the kinds that come in a box. If I combine a liberal dose of hot sauce and cut up Vienna sausages in my mac, I would have a meal that i could eat every day until I die. Of course, if I did that i would probably dies well before I normally would, but I would be happy.

Once you have made your choice to peel the skin off or leave it, you can now combine the garlic and the peppers into the blender. I personally have a smaller blender that is used for single serving concoctions like smoothies or margaritas and this type of blender works very well because the final product is only about a cup. So blend for a few seconds to mince the peppers and garlic, and then slowly add the vinegar. To make sure you don't add the vinegar too fast, it is probably a good idea to only pour in 1/4 cup at a time.

Rule number three: Do NOT touch your face! Just in case your gloves get cut or if you were less than diligent following rule number one, do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth. I made this mistake a few months ago and my right eye burned for a solid ten minutes, and my wife refused to let me come near her in fear that I would "burn" her.

Once the hot sauce is fully blended, let it sit for about ten minutes to allow the bubbles to die down. After the bubbles have stopped popping you will be left with a light foam on the top of the sauce, scoop this out and throw it away because it doesn't taste good. Add salt to taste. Then pour into a container of some sort. I usually keep old hot sauce bottles or things of similar size to recycle for my homemade hot sauces, so be sure to have some handy. A fellow hot sauce chef actually used baby bottles for his hot sauce containers, so be creative. Now, refrigerate. Your new homemade condiment should stay good in your fridge for many weeks, however, mine are usually gone within a couple days.

Happy Saucing.

And dear friend what is this life really all about?. For we are here and all we see are a few moments of good things happening to us, and then the majority of all the other moments are nothing but trouble, pain and confusion. And all of us because of this, at some point in life will ask for the meaning of life, and how can we live life to its fullest in just one day?. Well today I will answer for you how to live life in a day.

And the way that you do that is to learn the key things that will help you live life to it' s fullest potential, so you can know joy, prosperity, love and enlightenment. All to help you be at your best each and everyday, and live an awesome life being victorious.

First way is to have love and warmth.

Have love and warmth in your heart, within your body and mind. You must allow yourself to feel all the wonderful things that exist on this earth that you are a traveler in. Like feel the love and warmth when someone gives you flowers, or a friend says they can't go through something without you, and even when your pet is showing you unconditional love when you come home.

Second way to live life in a day is to be appreciative and grateful.

Every little thing that happens to you in this life is an experience that will help you grow and enrich you. But you must learn to stop giving your own meaning to things as soon as they happen in your life. No my friend, do give things a chance to play themselves out and appreciate the message that is being sent to you from above. And remember in everything there lies opportunities, it all depends on how you perceive them. So in everything be positive, appreciative and grateful, and you will conquer all.

Third way is to be curious at all times.

Yes be curious about all of life little excitements. Be it just in your backyard, take a magnifying glass and see the thousands of lives that are going about their daily chores. And you will discover a world within a world. Be curious as to how the flower blooms each morning with the rising of the sun and you will live life to it's fullest.

Fourth way is to get excited and passionate.

Life is but the Sum of all moments. So get excited about the moment that you're getting up and out of bed, be passionate about the smell of that coffee and look forward to it. Get excited about those new clothes that you just bought and are about to put on, and be passionate about the rising sun and see it in all it's splendor, majesty and beauty.

Fifth easy way to live life in a day is to have determination.

Each day be determined about your purpose for that day. Make things happen by speaking that day out loud what things you want and exactly how you want them to happen. And you'll see the Universe will bring them your way exactly how you ordered them.

Sixth way is to be flexible.

Understand dear friend that for all things to work for you, there must be thousands of pieces that are added perfectly together in the puzzle of life by the Universe. So be flexible when things and great opportunities come into your life, for I guarantee you that 99 percent of the time they will not be as you expected.

Seventh way is to be confident.

And really what does that mean?. It means to act on what you truly, truly believe deep down in your heart and soul. Like if you feel successful on that day, then speak success, walk it, breath it in, speak it and love all aspect of success and you will have it as you live life in a day.

Eighth way is to be cheerful.

The Universe is interconnected, and have you ever noticed that when you yawn somebody else who is around you tends to yawn as well. And when someone is crying near you, even a child, your heart and body is quickly saddened and you are emotionally stressed. So with that, be cheerful in all that you do that day, in every spoon you put in your mouth, in every hand you shake, in every gift of smile that you share that day.

Ninth wonderful way to live life in a day is to feel healthy.

Once again whatever you tell the Universe to do it will do, for it was created only to serve you and God. Remember you are God's child and heir to his throne, and so everything that serves Him must serve you. So speak health, feel healthy and do healthy things that will enrich you today and every day.

Tenth way to live life in a day is to contribute.

You came here on earth from heaven as a spiritual being who wanted to share the experiences of this physical dimension. So contribute the love that you are filled with and the pure energy that surrounds you, and fill the life of someone else with love, compassion and understanding. Be magnanimous in all you do and be passionate as well. Give like you've never given before to one person, and you will see that your great acts will be talked about for years to come. Yes, do leave a legacy behind. For people will not remember how much money you had or how many degrees you had, but one act of kindness and compassion will be talked about by someone even at their death bed.

So live life in a day to it's fullest by planting seeds of greatness that will comeback to you each and every day, having multiplied and forever growing. For look around you and ask yourself, how the rich seems to always get richer and yet the poor with the little they have, they seem to lose more of it each day. It is all because each one is planting their own kind of seeds each day. The rich is confident, determined, curious and flexible. So he keeps planting seeds of success. But the poor is unsure, is depressed, and feeling sick. So the poor keeps planting seeds of failures. So live, live and live my friend by having love and warmth, by being appreciative and grateful, by being curious, by getting excited and passionate, by being determined, by being flexible, by being confident, by being cheerful, by feeling healthy and by contributing at all times. Do you want to know how to approach someone you don't know? Thinking about striking a conversation with a stranger, but the nerves are getting in the way? Scared to embarrass yourself in front of other people?

Learn how to approach someone you don't know right here right now.

Step 1: Develop Your Self-Confidence.

It all starts with having the right disposition. If you're naturally shy, it doesn't mean that you can't get up the nerve to approach someone in particular. It just means that you have to summon more courage than you normally would.

Anyone can be self-confident. Just think of any successful endeavors you have achieved in the past that made you feel amazing, and "carry" that experience with you as you come up to anyone.

Step 2: Play It Down.

Learning how to approach someone you don't know is not that big of a deal. People say that it's difficult and it takes a certain kind of person to do it; but if you allow yourself to believe what they're saying, then you're only going to get discouraged.

Talking to strangers is not a big deal. It's simple and not something you should over think.

Step 3: Practice.

It's always vital to practice and hone your communication skills. Try it with the barista at your favorite coffee shop. Most of them are probably game for a conversation.

Just say hi, thank the barista for the coffee, and perhaps say something nice about the coffee so as not to get too personal.

Step 4: Smile.

People like talking to those who have good smiles. And if you're planning to talk to someone you don't know, then smiling serves to get one foot in the door. Practice your smile in the mirror so that it comes across as friendly and not threatening.

Step 5: Have An Idea Of The Conversation.

Before approaching the person, run a scene of how you want the conversation to go. Make sure you know what to say after introducing yourself, lest you find yourself struggling with something to say.

Ask questions - that is always a great way to get someone to be comfortable with you. Just don't ask anything that is too inquisitive, like where they live or even how much they're earning. Ask common questions pertaining to something that you two might have in common.

One last tip when it comes to learning how to approach someone you don't know is to relax. Don't entertain thoughts that will only make you doubt yourself and panic. Keep the positive attitude up and never give up.

Subliminal images are unique pictures that can influence your subconscious and conscious mind when you gaze at them. They do appear in TV shows, movies, magazines and other media sources. In most cases, when such images are looked upon, they are not usually recognized for what they really are. In fact, your conscious mind may even try to ignore them. They may as well be beyond your level of conscious perception.

There are some real facts you need to know about subliminal images in order to use them effectively. In the first place, you need to understand how they really look like and also how they appear. Basically, such images can be in any form. They can be in the form of print adverts in the magazines. They can also be in the form of regular commercials meant for adverts in the TV. They can also be in the form of DVD images which you can easily watch. Whichever is the case, the best subliminal images you can use are the types that also have real messages and sounds that can influence your mental system. There are many of them out there in DVD forms. Some of them even appear only as messages or sounds in ordinary CDs.

Another fact you need to know about using the subliminal images is how they influence the human mental system. Basically, the images are first of all perceived by the unconscious or subconscious mind. At first, your conscious mind doesn't have enough time to recognize or analyze such images. When you first notice a subliminal image, your conscious mind can easily ignore it without having anything to do with it. In the process of ignoring the image, your subconscious mind has already picked it without your knowledge. Oftentimes, there's always a clear impression the image will make deep down in your unconscious mind. Later on, this impression will come up to influence your conscious mind especially when you least expect. Here's a typical example. There are some subliminal images used as adverts in the TV. When you first observe them, your conscious mind can easily ignore them as nothing to be thought about. However, when such images keep re-appearing on daily basis maybe during news or advert sessions, your subconscious mind will be picking the impressions without you knowing it. Later on, such impressions will begin to have serious influence on your conscious thoughts. You might even wake up one day to see yourself repeating the sounds or wordings used in the adverts. The above scenario is exactly what happens when you make use of subliminal images or messages designed to help you achieve a sound and healthy mental system.

Again, you need to discover the best two methods you can engage in using subliminal images. You can either use the visual or audio methods. The visual method involves the use of the subliminal images in the software form while the audio method involves the use of the subliminal messages on CD's. You can always grab them from bookstores or reliable sources online. You can always enhance your mental system effectively when you use the subliminal images accordingly.

One of the most important studies I undertook over a period of five years was ZEN. Ultimately, I learned the art of sitting still. I teach this art now, without the five year waiting time. It saves my clients lots of waste.

The key to ZEN is the opposite to sense debt. It's sense Credit.

In order to go into Sense Credit you need a few things:

  • First sit down, lie down and shut up... this is often the hardest part for those in sense debt who think the sound of their voice is a sense compensation system...

  • Second, smell, taste, feel, see, hear everything.. just let it all in and allow your mind to explore it all.. wow... there are actually birds tweeting underneath the noise of your self talk...

  • Third, don't move a muscle... it's about now that your nose gets itchy, your crotch needs scratching (men only) and your big toe gets a cramp. Leave it and focus on the smell, taste, feel, see, hear everything.

Eventually, you'll be able to tune into different things but the key is to not fight or apply force. Just be with the world as it is.

The temptation is to judge things.. you might hear a truck go past or your neighbour fart and give this negative spin while the sound of a bird or bee is spun positively. This is what you are aiming to overcome through Dead Practice.

(Dead practice is my name for Zen because all your body is dead during the practice)...

Now here's the pinch. Our head, our relatively over active sense debt head, is always trying to make sense of the world by thinking. So, what we do when we've been in sense debt for many years is to give everything a score. Sounds are either good or bad, smells are wonderful or digesting, sights are either for sore eyes or eye candy and touch is either pleasing or not. This is called "THE EGO."

Naturally, our obsession is to have more EGO and so we become fairy princess' looking to surround ourselves with good tastes, good sights, good smells, good feelings, good sounds.. and we become imprisoned by our conscious attempts to avoid the opposites... this is meagre living and how we survive in sense debt life.

Great leaders, artists, speakers, lovers, parents, friends, singers and actors feel everything but act on nothing. They live in sense credit. Sense credit means you think less, feel freer, enjoy life more, have an increased immune function and attract what you love.

The enemy to Sense Credit is your mind. And this mind may have very strong old habits of judgment. To deal with that, you'll need to learn how to unlearn. And that's another story...

So, that gives you some insights as to the difference between a great lover, partner, leader and an ordinary one. You see the great partner is not in sense debt, therefore they are not claiming you, and you are not claiming them for the purpose of compensating for debt.

The great partner turns up in sense credit, with their mind at rest... this in essence is how we turn up in life.
