Do you ever feel like you can't do it or maybe that no one will listen if you speak up? Maybe you're shy or you just don't have the confidence in yourself to do what you've always wanted.
Confidence is unfortunately something that many people lack. Why is that? I'm not sure, maybe because you were told that you couldn't do something by your parents, by your teachers, by your boss, by your spouse, or maybe even by yourself. The fact is YOU can do anything you put your mind to do.

How do you start to feel that you can accomplish anything and conquer the world?

? Mindset is a beginner. Look in the mirror and affirm that you are confident, that you can speak up in a meeting, that you can accomplish whatever it is you want to accomplish. Seeing yourself and telling yourself that you are a strong and confident person on a daily basis and anytime you look in a mirror will give you boost in your confidence.
? Dress confident. Clothes do not make a person, but if you are dressed nicely, you will definitely have much more confidence in yourself. You don't need expensive clothes, just dress neatly. Make sure your clothes are pressed, that they match, and that they don't look sloppy on you. That's a great confident booster.
? Good posture. How you carry yourself portrays how you care about yourself. People that slump their shoulders, slouch in chairs, keep their head down don't demonstrates much confidence. Walking with your head up, your shoulders back, and making eye contact will automatically make you feel more confident. It will also make a good impression with others.
? Think positive. Life sometimes deals you a bad hand, but you can turn those stumbling blocks into stepping stones. Know that overcoming obstacles makes you are stronger and more confident person.
? Smile. Smiling makes you feel good about yourself, which will in turn boost your confidence.
