Are you exploring the Emotional Freedom Techniques?

Do you want to use these amazing techniques to help others?

The truth is all the information you can find won't qualify you to be an EFT Practitioner. But here are a few effective EFT training exercises that can make a huge difference.

The key to become a skilled EFT Practitioner is to master various skills that will enable you to become successful in a variety of situations. The secret is to practice.

What are the Emotional Freedom Techniques(EFT)?

If you are unfamiliar with EFT, you're in for a surprise that could shift everything. EFT is a group of surprisingly fast and effective techniques that practically everyone can use to shift negative emotions. As unbelievable as it may appear, EFT often works in a few moments by simply tapping on a series of specific places on your upper body.

The idea that tapping on a few points can make huge differences is one of the truly astounding parts about EFT.

This technique, which only takes a few minutes, can produce results with almost any emotion and sometimes, with physical discomfort, too. The EFT technique has been shown to be helpful with fear, phobias, loss, anger, performance anxiety, stress, weight management, money issues, and much, much more.

How can you become effective?

1. Learn the techniques from a reputable source with a history of success. Take the time to learn all the techniques by yourself until they are natural and easy to perform. You'll build confidence and at the same time, you can eliminate a bunch of stuck emotions along the way.

2. Choose a specific area where you could assist others. Though these skills are effective with many difficulties, you can help people more by tuning into a specific subject where you believe you can be the most helpful. Pick an area where you have overcome challenges that you can explain to others.

Create a written plan for how you would approach that exact challenge. For instance, if you want to create a program for stress management, what ingredients would you include in your approach to your clients? A structure will help you to organize your time with clients and produce the best results.

Ask yourself these questions:

* What are the key points to cover in a session or series of sessions for this challenge?

* What number of consultations would you recommend for your clients?

* What would you want to cover in these sessions?

* How would you instruct clients to follow up to continue to change their lives for the better?

3. Find some men and/or women with the issue you want to target and hone your skills with them. Don't know where to find them?

There may already be a group near you that targets these people. One of the best places to find them is www.meetup.com, where people create groups on just about any topic. And if there isn't already a group that meets on your subject, just begin one. In practically no time, you could have a group of people who are seeking the exact solutions you seek to offer.

Another wonderful thing about this kind of group is that you will be creating a group of people who may want your services once you are done with the EFT training. These people may follow through as clients and/or send friends to you when you open your own business.
